Salomon XT Whisper Trail Running Shoes (For Women)

Listen to the reviews and order a half size larger. The color is a bit deceptive. It is really a lime Green accent. I should have known because Salomon usually goes for bright color combos. They are so light weight they would not be a good shoe for wearing in the rain/winter. I sent them back. I do love that they are slip-ons and I will be looking for a similar style from Salomon.

I am on my feet all day teaching preschoolers. These keep my feet from hurting. I had to return for a half size smaller, but could have gone a whole size smaller. It may have been too big because they were actually wide enough for my feet. The laces come loose after a while. Lots of room to wiggle your toes and great support. The brown doesn't show stains as easily. Exchange process is so EASY and you get to talk to some one you can actually understand! LOVE Sierra Trading Post!

I use these shoes for walking my dogs, and for traveling. Great shoes!!

For running 20-50 miles a week....The Whisper's compared to the Salomon XA Comp Pro's or the Wings 2 are a lot loser in the front of the shoe and I'm not able to cinch down tight enough. This left my foot lose and lacking traction. Great for just walking.

I use these shoes for daily 4-5 mile walks. they are breathable, light weight, and easy in and out with the zip tie. Most importantly the solomon is the perfect fit for my foot; this is my second pair. Outer look could use some improvement
