Salomon XT Wings Trail Running Shoes (For Women)

I started wearing this shoe about 3 years ago and it's the only running shoe I'll buy now. It's fits my foot perfectly and it's so comfortable I like to wear them almost all the time. Once I switched over to this shoe, I hated wearing shoes with regular laces. I am a full-time housekeeper so I wear these shoes for work also. I don't know if they are true to size or not - they might run a bit large because I wear a size 5.5 in dress shoes and I buy this shoe in size 5.5 when normally I would go up a half size for athletic shoes. The support of this shoe is really nice. Because I am on my feet all day I used to need to wear shoes that I could fit my orthotics in or I would be in a lot of pain, but I wear these shoes with the insole provided and my feet feel great. I used to need to wear heavier shoes to get the firm support I needed - this shoe does it all while still being light-weight.

Comfortable trek shoes. Covered toes area great for rock hopping and rough terrain. If you are walking in a wet area would choose the gortex/waterproof salomons.

My daughter and I have the same sized feet and both have BAD feet. These are our favorite shoes and we fight over who gets them for the day. They are worn non stop and are still in great shape after a year of wear. We are currently looking for another pair so we no longer have to draw straws. The great arch support has helped with my plantar fasciitis, our ankle pain and my bad knees. Especially great when I teach my step aerobic class or when my daughter runs.

This is my third pair of Solomens and every pair has been amazingly comfortable. From the first time I put them on, they felt like a comfy pair of old shoes! I wear them every morning when walking my dogs through the desert. Rain, snow, sleet, hail, and the summer heat! They rock!

Love Wings! However this fits a half size smaller than my other Salomon's! Had to return them.

Love the shoe. When I tried them on in the store a size 6 was too big so I ordered the 5.5 which was too small.

I wear these shoes to work every day and work 10 hour days where I am on my feet most of the day. I can really feel the difference wearing these shoes due to the great support system they have. Love them and have 3 other colors of the same shoe.

These are the best shoes I've found so far to combat tibial tendonitis and plantar fascia issues. Wings XT provide good arch support and don't although for pronation. I'm so pleased with the color combinations - no more white athletic shoes for me.

I always wear a size 5 in Salomon but in this shoe I had to order a size 5.5. I love this shoe and love Salomon! I have 5 pairs right now-hiking and trail running shoes.
