    The alpaca wool shed so much fluff as I merely tried on this shawl, I had to send it back. Too bad--it seemed soft and warm, and the color was rich.

    I'm not sure why this product received negative reviews unless some of the different colors have a different quality. I purchased the Black on as a gift and it does not shed. It's the perfect width/length and is very warm (wrapped it over a white sweater as I'm typing this). Great buy with beautiful detail.
