“This hat is unlined, therefore the cold South Dakota wind just goes right through the knitting. It's fine with something over it or under it, but on its own it's not useful. Go with an Outdoor Research hat if you need warm. It's also a bit large, probably fit a man's head much better. It's also not exactly like the colors on the screen. I bought the tan and brown one that has hardly any brown in it at all. [...] I would have returned it. If you put on this hat and find it helping, it wasn't very cold out to begin with!”
