    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I ordered napkins that were called Ivory and they are tan not ivory. Also calling them matelasse is misleading since they certainly are not. The table runner is matelasse and the placemats look matelasse but these napkins are not. I did not notice the difference in the description which should be changed to reflect the actual color and character

    whoever said these are of poor quality is probably trying to bring down the price!! I know people do that and it's mean.These are absolutely gorgeous! I might not pay [$] for them but the STP price is great and if you get them w/ a 30% off keycode and bother to find and answer the free shipping riddle these are a treasure and even though "To each his own" shame on you who gave these 1 star. You probably don't know how to wash fine linens.
