Sara Blakely Slimming Secret Shirt - ¾ Sleeve (For Women)

I love having this in my wardrobe--it's great to wear with skirts or pants that are just a tiny bit too tight (or too tummy-exposing). I bought two so that I'd have a backup on washday. I think the band is visible through the shirt if I'm standing in just the right light and staring at my tummy, but if anyone's staring that intently they'll find something wrong anyway.

I like this shirt, the color is not pure white but i stil like it very good elastic underneeth.

Went back online to see if this shirt was available in additional colors. Great shirt. The extra layer for smoothing the abs area is fantastic. Material is almost silky.

This shirt is by the makers of Spanx, which are wardrobe must-haves in my opinion. The shirt is quite plain so it works with lots of outfits, and it is figure-flattering, though the fabric would not be my first choice for a cute top. Also, the neckline did not seem to fall quite right on me, I wanted it flat and I found myself adjusting it several times during the day. I will probably get a lot of use out of it, but perhaps a more practical idea is to buy the Spanx or Assets (same manufacturer) shaper for your upper body and just use it with your own tops.

The slimming lining is too dark, and shows through the white material therby giving away the "secret", and drawing unflattering attention to the area. The lining colour needs to be a softer beige. The item , for the price, is fine if layering, but not if you want to wear it alone. The material was very wrinkled out of the box, and not easily removed after washing, or lightly ironing, which care instructions tell you not to do. This is the third Spanx product I have purchased, and deep wrinkles are difficult to remove.

This shirt was a great idea but bad coloring. The Spanx insert shows thru the off-white (it is NOT white) fabric). The outer fabric is also a little on the 70's side of polyester.

Perfect fit, lovely pink color.

I bought two of these--in the white and pink--and I am so glad! They are really pretty, comfortable, and slimming. I was pleasantly surprised to see the slimming panel was by Spanx.
