Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by StuC from Seattle on Sunday, May 12, 2013These tights are true to size - and definitely help recovery after long runs, hiking, etc. Have to get used to sleeping in them, as they are pretty snug, but they do work as advertised. Sizing - I am 5' 11" and weigh 190 - and the mediums fit OK.
I bought these Saucony Amp Pro2 Recovery Compression Tights and also Saucony Amp Pro2 Training tights to compareReviewed by Brian B from Kansas City area on Tuesday, May 7, 2013I bought and compared the Saucony Amp Pro2 Training tights along with the Saucony Amp Pro2 Recovery tights to compare them. They both have a good compression feel but the Training tights have stitching and fabric panels in specific areas to support around knees and muscles while the Recovery tight has straight lines of fabric down front, back and side of the leg to offer overall compression for post-run. I followed the suggested sizing and bought Medium for waist of 33-34 and both feel appropriately tight.
Note: They have zippers down the back of the calf to make it easy to get in and out. On my first run, I had them zipped all the way down and the tights were touching my shoes and the zipper rubbed above my heels with every step. I'm 5' 10" so if you're a little taller you won't have the issue or if you're a little shorter, you may want to pull them up enough or not zip them all the way to the bottom.
Answer They should be worn during and after the workout.
Answer I would recommend the 34.
Question “Do these have a liner in them?”
Answer They do not have a liner.
