I like things a little loose which is why I went with a large. A medium fits fine too. I am a size 8-10, so the large is loose on me. It allows me to wear another shirt underneath when I work out in the mornings outside and it is cold. I have three of these and love them.

I use this shirt as a baselayer for snowshoe running & plan on using it as a top layer for early spring & fall running, so far it works great, quick drying & warm. I usually wear a medium ordered this in a large (wasn't sure how form fitting it was, medium would have been fine, just have a little room with this one.) If it helps I am 5'3" and 135lbs.

Perfect mid-weight layer for running. Layered under my running shell, it kept me warm in a breezy 28 degrees, and it's very comfortable. I'm very tall and have long arms -- the large sleeve length was perfect.

This was a great shirt - stretchy, felt great, fit well - but the neck was too high and tight for me. However, I am fussy about necks. I only wear mock turtlenecks so if you like high turtlenecks this might be a great shirt for you.

I usually wear a medium but as of late I've noticed running clothes running on the smaller side. I tend to like a little extra room and I wanted this top to be able to be used as a second layer so I went with the large. It is perfect for me. Love the color (red) and love the fit. It is very flattering. One of my favorite cool weather running items.

I love this shirt! I just ordered another one. It fits perfectly and is super comfortable. I wear it running at 50 degrees with a light vest and it is perfect, keeps me warm and dry.
