Good lightweight jacket..it sheds light precip and wind like a champ, and breathes well enough that you never feel over clammy. It isn't lined, but is still very comfortable and not 'plasticky' to wear. The fabric feels very high class, and pockets and zips work great. The little usb light is probably something you'll either use a ton if you are often walking or running in dark conditions, or you'll never use the thing and lose it immediately. No hood, so this isn't really rain gear per se..for me it's a classic running windbreaker for spring and fall possible stormy days..don't want to be 5 miles out when the storm hits. This jacket does a great job for that..very light, not obtrusive, no overheating, yet a warm and protective layer. There's no stretch intrinsic to this material, so if you're in between sizes, might go up. It was tight on my in the chest and underarm area, enough to be noticeable occasionally running, but unfortunately didn't have the next size up at STP. For sizing perspective, I have a handful of other Saucony jackets in different weights/purposes. I am 5-11 180-185 and can wear medium in most of their jackets as you want this type of layer to be snug, and M is what I had in this but after a couple runs, obvious I needed an L. Arm and torso length was fine, just too tight in chest area. High marks, as always, to STP though and their service. There's a reason this site has so many regulars.

I really like this jacket. It's a little big on me, but it will be good in the winter with some layers. Great visibility. I like the USB light. Overall a great value.

I do brisk walks up to 8 miles a day and needed a highly versatile jacket to include with my layering system. Superlight, packs small, highly reflective, breathable, and nocks the chill out. The perfect jacket after a lengthy search!
