Bust/Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure around fullest part of bust/chest.

He wore it to take a physical agility test and came home after he passed, raving about the shirt and how it was the best workout shirt he had ever owned. He loved the feel and the wickability, and kept encouraging me to touch it. I came back online to buy another one so he could wear it while his first one was being washed (and because it made me smile to see how excited he was about it), but alas, STP has sold out of his size. I think he will just be stretching out the uses between washes.

I've only run at night with it so far, but it kept me warm and didn't restrict movement. Wicked sweat and kept me comfortable throughout the run. Can't beat the price. I bought 2 and am thinking of buying another. Wish it had reflective material on back, but not a problem since my shoes have reflective material and the shirt was CHEAP but high quality
