Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have logged over 40 thousand miles over the years in a lot of different shoes, and know what works for me. The grid stabil is a good shoe for pronators who need a solid landing to keep their stride aligned.Grid Stabil does the job, but sacrifices some cushion/comfort in the process. If you are a pronator who gets knee trouble from mushy shoes ,then this is your shoe.
