this is a great shoe for either racing or interval/temp work. not quite supportive enough to be an everyday trainer, but it's light, the upper fits like a glove, and the cushioning is soft and responsive.

The soles are not thick enough. I feel most all smaller rocks. The shoes will not take a beating. They are light shoes.

I've been an Asic's and Brook's Running shoe fan for over 2 decades. However, these sharp looking Blue Saucony's looked too good and too flashy to pass up. Once they arrived I tried my size 12's on and they were about a (1 1/2) size too small. Additionally, they were too light, too tight and I'm a regular Medium "D" width. The overall heel to toe cushioning is very sparse as well. These puppies might be more geared to a 105 pound Kenyan marathoner, but not a big American at 6'3", 225#. I've just returnd these and I'm using my store credit to go back into STP to buy my boring yet reliable and predictable Asic's or Brook's for this All-American Cldyesdale!
