    I haven't had them for too long and have only ran in them for less than 10 miles, but I love them so far. The only thing that I would have a gripe about is the shoe laces that always come undone, but I think that's more my shoeslace tie technique.

    I use these flats in everything from 5k races to half marathons. I also wear them in all speed workouts and tempo runs. They are super comfortable, lightweight and durable for being so little shoe.
