Wore them right out of the box with no issues. I am a newer runner and have been looking for a shoe to provide good cushion and spring when running...these did it for me! Also pleased with the color scheme, was not so sure on this based on picture online.

Repeated injuries and foot pain led me to the physical therapy department of the local hospital, where a skilled thereapist recommended I change to a stability shoe. Apparently my foot changed with age (60) and so I tried my first pair of Hurricanes. Have always worn Saucony for the foot box comfort. These shoes are great. I can finally walk with no pain in my knees and feet, and hope to return to running soon. I sized up to a 7.5 from my dress shoe size 6.5 as I always do with Saucony. They are, thus far, perfect.

This is my first pair of Saucony running shoes, and overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. These shoes are fairly comfortable and extremely light. I didn't care for the insoles as they are thin and you can feel the bumpiness of the sole beneath them. This issue was quickly remedied by changing out the insoles for a pair of orthopedic ones.

I have been buying this brand of shoes for many years now. Sierra Trading Post has the best buys for this shoe and I take a (Wide) width which this line carries. I have been wearing them around the house and they feel awsome on my feet, like walking on bouncy marshmallows! Formerly, I have purchased walking shoes only in this brand (been disappointed in other brands.)They have held up great for me! I thought I would try the running shoes, even though I am not a runner. I will use them to boost my walking! I ordered my size a 1/2 size bigger than normal to allow for my feet to swell, especially in the summer (I am 60 years old and my circulation is not the best anymore) We have snow on the ground here in Minnesota right now (4 inches last night!!) Still waiting for spring.... so.....I will patiently wait for dryer gravel roads and then give them the full break-in work-out. These are my current favorite shoes! Thanks Sierra Trading Post!
