I bought two of these shirts - white and red. The white shirt is basically see through. When it's on, the color will look halfway between white and whatever your skin color is. You can clearly see hair, nipples, tattoos and anything else through it. It's that thin. I generally could care less what my workout clothes look like, but this shirt is just ridiculous. I returned the white one. I would give that specific shirt a 1 star review. The red is almost see through as well. It's just dark enough to not really notice unless you look at it closely. It wouldn't be a factor for me with dark colors of this shirt.
Had I known how it would fit and feel after a little use though, I would have also returned the red shirt. Again, it has to do with how thin the material is compared to all of the other synthetic, wicking, quick-dry shirts that I have. It holds no form on it's own, holds tons of static, and ends up making for sort of an awkward fit. It's more similar to very thin silk clothing than any exercise clothing I own. It somehow manages to be loose and light, but clingy at the same time. Very odd.
This is basically a 1 star review, but I gave it 2 in case you're looking for the lightest possible shirt without caring how it fits or looks. It is amazingly cool for really hot days, I just hate how it feels. I rarely wear it.

Perfect shirt for a warm day. Light and breathable, but with just enough substantive material to provide great wicking. Some thinner shirts can feel like plastic wrap that cling to your chest and back when they become saturated. Not so with this item, stays fairly dry even indoors. The logo is large and gets a little tacky. This may bother some runners, but hasn't been an issue for me.

Excellent running shirt, lighter weight than most moisture wicking poly shirts. Good athletic cut. The lettering does peel off after a dozen washes, but I'm not getting paid to advertise - so who cares.
