This is a functional shoe, but not as supportive as some. I expect it will wear out quickly. Was a great price, though.

They are the best for high arches. I put a shock absorbent intersolein them. They are to find. The Grid shoe is good also.

use for jogging

Shoes run one size too small.

I run or power walk for about an hour+ 3-4 times per week, usually on the treadmill but sometimes on pavement. These shoes have been pure pleasure to wear. They are lightweight and flexible while offering good support at the same time. The toe box is very roomy. The shoes are very cool and breathable. I haven't had them long but they are holding up well so far.

Just to alert you to the smaller sizing and to order a half size larger.
