Reviewed by Dadius Rex from Indiana on Wednesday, August 7, 2013Great fit, fast shoe. In the pursuit of shedding weight the minimized tread is an issue for its longevity. But at a good price buy two and expect half the life span of heavier shoes.
Reviewed by Saveufromit from Louisianna on Thursday, July 25, 2013Have the Kinvara 2 and like the look and very light so bought the newer ones. Like the look and weight and fit. Use for walking around and working out-others are still in decent shape and I wear them alot.
Reviewed by SergioLA from Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 17, 2013I'm very happy with the Saucony Kinvara 3. These shoes were my first approach to more minimalist running. After reading reviews on the internet, I decided to give these shoes a try. It took me a couple of runs to get used to them. You can really feel the difference between a 12mm drop and a 4mm drop! I felt lighter and I ran much faster, or at least that is how it felt. I have already put over 50 miles on them and I'm very pleased with them because now my runs are pain free. Looking forward to try the Kinvara 4 some time soon. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Reviewed by Paul from Winston Salem on Tuesday, July 16, 2013I've had each of the first three versions of this shoe. It is still very much like the first two. I do agree that these are a little stiffer, but still equally as comfortable as the 1 and 2. No size change from 1 & 2 that I notice. I wear an 11, and normally wear a 10 - 10-1/2 in street shoes. I'd recommend 1/2 size up if you can't try these on somewhere first. I bought the solid yellow. They are clearly noticeable, but they are not too bright. I like the color. Much less bright than they look on the screen. Good transition shoe. I don't run in them regularly, but when I do I know they've helped me hit mid foot and get off of my heel.
