    I ordered a half size up as recommended and that was a good decision, but the shoes were too stiff, too tight and uncomfortable, especially on the ball of my foot. This is not typical of other Saucony shoes. Did not seem to have enough cushioning in the ball area.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I ordered 1/2 size bigger, as directed. Seems a little big in toe area. I'm not sure if my "usual size" might not have fit better. I got blisters the first time I wore them walking around the neighborhood. I've stuffed them with Dr. Scholl's insoles, and they seem to fit slightly better. The jury is still out. I hope they work out. They really are nice looking shoes that match everything.

    I have a 4A width foot with a 6A heel so it is extremely difficult to find tennis shoes narrow enough that have a wide platform. A 4A width does not leave me with much of a platform of my own so I am extremely pleased to find narrow tennis shoes with fairly wide platforms even tho I must add insoles to the shoes to make them narrow enough to fit properly.
