I basically have just used these to weight train so far. They feel as if they will be a great running shoe when I finally hit the treadmill. We'll see when that happens.

This is my second pair of Saucony Omni5 Trail shoes-- I wore the first pair out after a year. I run 15-20 miles a week and get great traction in all weather with these shoes.
