“I'm 5'11, 180 lbs, and was perpetually stuck between Cushion (Nuetral) shoes, and Stability shoes for running 20-30 miles per week. The Saucony Guide is a great blend of cushion you can feel and enough light stability - but not over the top that makes it feel like I'm wearing two bricks. This shoe feels fast for shorter, higher paced workouts and works well for longer runs (10+ miles). Only gripe would be on longer runs the shoe doesn't seem to vent enough and gets a little sweaty (could just be hot, humid Texas summers). This is Saucony's best selling model. If you're like me and agonize on finding the best shoe and best price - I'm a big fan of what I got and doesn't hurt to know its popular. Especially at STP, Thank-you-very-much prices.”
