“I have a high arch and thought these would be great. I also sized up according to some of the other reviewers. I wish i hadn't. I typically wear a 6.5 ladies and I ordered a 7. Not sure if it was sizing up but on the first use i had horrible shooting pain on the ball of my foot. Maybe the arches didn't line up correctly b/c I went up a size. I run everyday and have a history of chin splints and plantars and am afraid to put these on again. Great colors though!”
