“Even though this shoe is listed as "stability", the cushioning is very good. I run and walk, but got these to wear to work. I'm on my feet all day and had a broken ankle/surgery 1 yr ago. Now, my shoe really matters - the fit and the cushioning. If I wasn't already wearing these to work, I'd definately wear them to run and walk for fitness.”
