Saucony ProGrid Triumph 5 Running Shoes (For Men)

My foot is hard to fit and this shoe has great support and fit is great. The only con I see is the color(white) will get dirty easily.

My favorite shoe is the Saucony Triumph 4, and the Triumph 5 tweaks it's predecessor very little. It's a more stabil ride, but not too aggressive. It's still plush, but not quite as much as the 4. Sizing is too small, so size up 1/2 size.

I run 20 - 30 miles per week and these are the best I have found.

Use these on the treadmill and around the park. Shoes last ~200-250 miles on the treadmill before needing replaced. I have had six pairs of these over the past 18 months and I will continue to purchase more. Can't beat the price[...]

you need 2 order one size larger than premium street shoe! first shoe i have ever found that fits my high arch

I'm a sprinter and I use them for distance workouts and sprint workouts for practice. They are comfortable to wear around and absorb ALOT of impact. Even running up on my toes feels great. [$] well spent.

I have had several pair of these shoes in which I have run 6 half marathons. They are dynamite!

Rating running shoes is difficult mostly because everyone seems to have their own needs that are served by different shoes. For myself, the Triumph 5 does it... as the 4 did and likely the 6 will, etc. I probably have arches that are a bit too low for this shoe, but I prefer extra cushioning and shoes built for neutral runners. While not a lightweight shoe, it is durable and holds up to my modest 35 mile weeks. I am also probably a little light for this shoe - 149 pounds - but I haven't noticed problems as a result. The shoe also has decent flexibility and are cool enough for the florida heat. If you like a well-cushioned shoe with a minimum of structure for mid- to high mileage, you should give these a try.
