I participate in aerobics and strength training and this shoe provides comfort and support and almost feels like you are not wearing shoes! A plus for me...I love going barefoot.

I think these shows are great. I was able to run 5 miles with no pain the first time I wore them. I really like the comfort and the look of the shoe. I am very pleased with them and might have to buy another pair so I have them for when these wear out.

This is my third pair of Sauconys. Love them. This pair was too tight when I ordered my size. Had to go up 1/2 size. They are fine now. I walk around 3-4 miles a day and they are a good walking shoe.

While I know that running shoes are a very personal selection, this is my absolute favorite. I especially love the lightness and cushioning.

well so far so good. I decided to go back to Saucony. I have had Nike (which are good, but not enough arch support) and Brooks (which are great), and Asics (which IMO have lost appeal and don't last long enough). I log at least 350-400 miles on my shoes before replacing and have had to retire Asics sooner than the other brands. I am in between an average to a high arch. So I have always been oscillating between a stability and neutral (plus) shoes. I have had these shoes for two light mileage runs to 'break them in'. I don't notice anything, so they must be doing their job! The only thing I worry about is arch support. But don't use that as a factor for purchasing or not purchasing. I am in between arch types, so I'm different. I think this shoe would be perfect for a mid arch, neutral, low or high mileage runner.

I have been running for 18 years. I have never been disappointed in a pair of Saucony shoes and these did not disappoint. I did a short 4 1/2 mile run in them right out of the box and they felt great. Good cushion and good response. Great fit for my long, narrow feet.
