For those people who think that the running shoe industry makes massive advances each year in running shoe technology, these are probably not the shoes for you. For those who think that last year's shoe or the year before (or even earlier) are just fine and are more interested in paying $50 to $60 per pair of shoes instead of well north of $100, then look no further. I usually change shoes out at about 250 miles and with a steady supply of high quality top end shoes from STP at a very reasonable price, I will continue doing that until I am a world championship runner, which isn't going to happen. Very satisfied.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Saucony Ride 6

Excellent high mileage trainer with a comfortable fit, plenty of room in the toe box and moderate cushioning. While using my first pair of Ride 6 I logged between 40-70 miles a week and the Ride 6 was comfortable with no hot spots right out of the box. I wear size 13 and the Ride 6 fits true to size. If you are looking for a good neutral trainer with enough cushioning for lots of miles without being big and bulky you might like the Ride 6. For the price you can't beat it, I just ordered another pair.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Running Shoe - but order up a size

This purchase was for my husband. He's a casual runner, doesn't need a shoe with all the latest bells and whistles. He's been wearing Saucony since high school (30 years), wears other brands occasionally but always comes back to Saucony. He's been wearing the same size in Sauconys for many years (size 10), so even though the copy on the shoe said 'runs small, order half size up' I ordered his regular size anyway. Too tight, had to go back. No problem with STP's return policy. The 10.5 fit perfetly, he's very happy with his new sneakers. Highly recommend, just remember to order a half size larger!
