“I run on pavement and also go to the gym 5 days a week. I went to a specialty shoe store that my foot doctor recommended me to. He actually does seminars there to train the sales associates how to fit people with the best athletic shoes. This is the shoe that they recommended me. It has extra support, but is very lightweight. It is also great for impact because of the air and added cushioning in the heel. They are amazing!”
