Reviewed by Fathom from Central IL on Monday, April 01, 2013I haven't been able to take these on a long hike but I did wear them on whole day after an ankle twist and my ankle was well supported with the 6" height. Comfortable right out of the box. Sizing is accurate. Leave a half size for your thick hiking socks. Nice construction.
