I put them on straight from the box & they fit like a glove. They keep my feet warm and dry no matter the weather. I have another pair of Scarpa hiking boots that I bought from Sierra Trading Post 5 1/2 years ago and I have been just as pleased with them. In fact, I had been keeping an eye out for another pair exactly like them. The Bhutan is a different color but that's all that is different. I cannot say enough good things about these boots. Love, love, love them. I'm sure it will take several years to wear out one pair much less both.
