3.0 out of 5 stars. light and comfy although...Reviewed by Downhill Johnny from Colorado on Thursday, March 19, 2015Lightweight and comfortable as pebax and Intuition are known to be but the performance requires major work. I did not find it necessary to cook the liner although it can help with the tight instep fit. A lot of toe box room, maybe too much so try it on as you may be able to go down a size if you will use them in-bounds only. For hiking the side country take your normal size. These are also chubby in the forefoot so if you have a low volume foot these are probably not for you.
Performance wise these are under-edged and backseat out of the box. I moved the forward lean mechanism all the way forward which allowed for better pressure to the front of the ski. Understand though that I ski full camber skis not rockered, accordingly I advise changing the forward lean one notch at a time to match your style and your skis. For a better edge I moved the cuff angle to the outside and that solved the problem as out of the box they are woefully under-edged. These are also stiffer than a lot of people may want and really need a heavyweight or hard charger to make the best use of them. The buckle system is a mess so read the manual to help figure it out. Bottom line? These can work for you but they are not pull out the box and ski 'em boots.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Boots So FarVerified Buyer Reviewed by Powder Junkie from NY on Tuesday, September 16, 2014The boots fit great right out of the box. They'll be perfect once I heat mold them. Very happy with the light weight and great Scarpa construction. I'm praying for snow now!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Doesn't fit high instepReviewed by Anonymous from Austin on Monday, January 20, 2014Wasn't able to get it on because I have a very high instep. I wanted a walk ski boot that was wide. This fit the bill but because of my high instep, I couldn't use it. The walk ski feature has a limited range but is way better than a regular ski boot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Killer BootReviewed by Anonymous from New york on Friday, January 3, 2014Purchased just in time for Xmas week ski vaca. STP is top notch in terms of shipping, returns, etc. KILLER PRICE with all the coupon codes via email,
my friends thought I stole the boots! I'm an expert skier about 6'1 and around 200 lbs, so I needed a stiff boot to do the job. The skiing was hard pack and fast and these boots held up well to the speed. They sit considerably higher on the calf then my old Dolomites, I'd say around 2" at the back cuff. The Intuition liners were great- did some playing around, footbeds in and out- decided to ski without after experiencing some hotspots (a bit tight) with the bed- but I do have a large volume foot and warm socks took up some room as well. As others have said- and I experienced, the liner tongue does get caught on the boot shell when putting on, and it's a [...] to put right- some bloodied knuckles from the shell but I think it will get easier with time. Also, noticed I had the boot shell-tongue in b/w the shell buckle overlaps a couple times (correct needs to be under shell overlaps), didn't affect/ notice while skiing, only after!!! It's the black piece that runs from the bottom buckle all the way to the top and kind of spreads the buckle tension of all 4 evenly to better lock you in- a first for me and I like it. I also think it serves to stiffen the boot flex progressively as a result.
Overall a very successful few days on this boot- very pleased. They are quite stiff and overall very comfortable once dialed in (had to relocate the lower cuff buckle outward for more room- upper was fine- and I don't have large kankles!). Tremendous leg support with high cuff. Walk function is obsolete in a real world alpine ski day- I tried using it on several occasions but didn't find the function necessary on 2nd day- as it provides forward movement not the backward which I find would be better suited for walking. Excellent grip from the soles. Super light weight- compared to my wife's 27.5 Mono Atomics, my 30.5 Mono's were lighter- she was in awe.
Couple ski tech guys on the mountain stopped me to ask about it- so it seems to be a regarded product. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Loving these bootsReviewed by Anonymous from Sandpoint, Idaho on Thursday, December 26, 2013Been skiing them for a week or so now. Definitely a "break-in" period as the Intuition liners molded to my feet, but feeling great now! Three days in a row now of 8:30 AM to closing ski days. A good all day boot. Haven't toured in them yet. Walk mode is adequate when top buckle and strap are loose.
