“**Not Dynafit Compatible**”

By WoodchuckVerified Reviewer from Podunk, ID on 02/05/2009
Pros:
Good Traction, Quality Construction, Warm
Cons:
Difficult Lacing System
Best Uses:
Recreational Touring
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Width:
Feels true to width
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“As Johnathan S. stated these ARE NOT Spirit 3s. The Spirit 3 comes with the Dynafit components that are required for Dynafit bindings. These probably aren't bad boots for recreational alpine touring/randonee skiing or someone trying to put together an inexpensive touring setup. Just be aware that they look similar to the Spirit 3 but they aren't. I've seen them on a popular auction site claiming they are Dynafit compatible. However, they are made by Scarpa, so they aren't that bad. I would recommend deciding what type of bindings you want first then choose the rest of your gear from there.”
