Top performance shoe with curved and down-turned last. Also performs well on smears. The upper is comfortable for extended wear. Hope the sole would be Vibram's new XS EDGE!

Whoever said you would have to have bird talons for feet if you'd like to keep them on between climbs was dead on. These are the only shoes I've put on that actually keep my arches up and I'm only standing on my heels and toes. Crazy. These are awesome for overhung climbs. I would probably throw myself off the cliff if I were doing a slab climb in these though. I normally wear size 41.5 street shoe but ordered the 38 because I own another pair of Scarpas and knew that they run small (they're bigger than you'd think for the size).

These shoes are amazing and I can do some awesome things in them (step on incredibly small holds) but they are PAINFUL. I can't wear them for extended periods of time. I plan on keeping them and having a more comfortable pair on hand...
