As a back country patrol memeber, these boots are great for long tour days in any weather conditions. Strong enough for stable, comfortable turning on steeper terrain, flexible enough for long tours.

  • Question “i have an older (circa-1998) pair of these boots. the outer surface of the plastic boot seems to be degrading (it's no longer shiny and some areas have a rough cloudy "bloom"). has anyone else experienced this with plastic boots? can anything be done about it? i use these boots very rarely, so otherwise they are in great shape and i'd like to keep using them if possible.”
Asked on 12/1/2009 12:00:00 AM by Liz from Olympia, WA
    • Answer Have you tried using auto wax to buff out the cloudy areas.
