Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cold in Chicago snow from RGV on Thursday, November 27, 2014The gloves are waterproof but they did not keep my fingers and hands warm as I hoped for being insulated. Hard to hold anything because they are so thick.
Reviewed by Erin from Michigan on Wednesday, February 12, 2014I received these gloves quickly from Sierra Trading Post. They are warm and soft on the inside. The outside is durable and good quality. The velcro clasps are nice to be able to modify how tight or loose the glove is around my wrist.
I was disappointed i the overall fit of the gloves, though. I bought a size large because I have long (slender) fingers. The space between my thumb and index finger is tight - it doesn't stretch and fit my hand well. I also don't care for how long the gloves are. They feel a bit bulky in the wrist area due to the leather and velcro. That's probably standard for most ski-style gloves, though.
Overall, I probably wouldn't purchase these gloves for the ticket price of $80. I had a significant discount to $35 and that seems more reasonable given the overall fit of the gloves.
