I have the build that off the rack clothing is made for. Most "large" clothing items fit me as if they were tailored. I bought the 54R which is supposed to equate to the 42R in the U.S. For the most part I think it does correlate, but the jacket has a trim cut, if you have a bit of a paunch this jacket is not going to fit.
Seems extremely well made and looks dynamite. Wish I'd ordered the brown one too before they sold out. I do wish it was fully line but oh well.

I was pleased to see this online purchase out of the box. It was styled in a way I really appreciated, had an attractive color; and, was made with a rich fabric that was soft to the touch. Unfortunately, STP only carried my normal size (42R) which, in this garment, was tailored snug in the shoulders and waist. I will keep checking for a similar sport coat from Scott Barber that fits.

The blazer itself is very well made, perfect for casual wear exactly as in the description. The size is Euro 54-R, which corresponds to 42R US. And the size is marked on the label but not on the Sierra's website. Have to return it, as I need 42L..
