It seems like a nice glove, but the shell is not designed to be worn alone thus it is not a true 3 in 1 glove. The gauntlet isn't wide enough to go over my jacket the way it looks like it should from the picture. I usually take an XL glove, this XL was just a bit too tight which in turn compressed the insulation and rendered the glove less warm. Most gloves I have researched have a leather palm, I am still hesitant that a leather palm can stand up to grabs and simple carrying my snowboard around. Even at the great price from STP I will be returning the gloves as they are not what I was expecting or want.
On the other hand (pun intended) it seems like a nice glove and if you are not looking for the same features and functionality I'm looking for you may be happy with your purchase.

I will admit I haven't taken them skiing yet, but trying them on, they are warm, soft, and flexible. The leather palms are very soft, the liner has velcro (the kind that's not scratchy) all the way around, so when the liner is in place, you can't tell it's not part of the glove.
