Verified Buyer Reviewed by But Confident In My Masculinity from Richmond, VT on Wednesday, February 13, 2013Perhaps these are ladies goggles and I didn't notice this in the description? Not sure how I would have missed it, and don't remember focusing on any photo of strap vs. lens/frame.
Reviewed by John from Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday, January 2, 2013My pair of Scott Goggles seemed OK when new...... But after a few years, though carefully stored and only used a few time a year, they started to fall apart. The strap popped off, the rubber it was fastened to had rotted. Also the foam over the vents was disintegrating. They were worthless.
I have used several other brands of goggles as long as the Scotts, the foam and rubber on the others have NOT decomposed. The obvious conclusion is that Scott did not use quality materials.
I emailed Scott and explained what had happened. First they said the googles had been overexposed to sunlight, which was NOT TRUE. After that lame excuse they would no longer respond. Scott absolutely would NOT take responsibility for the total failure of their producy. I won't buy any of their stuff again.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Penguin from Duluth, MN on Tuesday, January 1, 2013I have used these for night skiing and they work quite well for that. They are also very good when the snow is coming down hard. I find them quite comfortable even with my grand beak of a nose.
Reviewed by Andy the skier from Utica, New York on Monday, December 31, 2012Use these for skiing. Work great in about 95% of light conditions. I thought the amplifier lens was good, these are much better. Great fit over my glasses. Can be worn without glasses too. I may get a second pair in case something happens.
