    I bought these for my 2 & 3 yr olds. We had our first snowy day yesterday, and they were toasty warm for hours and hours. I had to put a safety pin to adjust the sizing at the back of the head for my 2-yr-old's little head, but it fit my 3 yr old well, and it looks to me like it will fit both of them for at least 5+ more years. It fits perfectly underneath winter coats and hoods.

    This fleece is a lighter weight than the Kenyon Balaclava I ordered for my older daughter. It easily fits my 9 year old son. It does not cover the nose and mouth but will do a good job keeping head, ears, chin and neck warm (my son doesn't like anything over his mouth).

    The product description just says "youth" but the tag on the product says it's for ages 3-7. I think that's why so many people are saying this is small. It fits my 6 year old perfectly but wouldn't fit my 9 year old. The fleece is super soft, very cozy and comfortable.
