What great (durable/thick) cotton material, not flimsy T-shirt cotton! The embroidery/stitching on the bottom front is very nice. Wish I could keep the dress. / / / / / NEGATIVES: #1 - The "yellow" color in the photo is actually not so yellow. It's slightly GREENISH, less attractive. - #2 - The dress runs BIG. "Small" is more like "Medium" -- straps come right to very end of shoulders,. The torso part is still too big even when you fully (maximum) tighten the string in the back. (ALSO: The dress was WORN QUITE A BIT -- dark spots are on the back -- and you can see the darker ("skin rubbing") discoloration near the neckline -- ok, but UGH.) / / / Yet another way-too-big AND not-as-photographed return . . . . sadly. Love the dress.

This dress runs really small on top. I ordered it in M and then in L and both were too tight on top. I usually wear a 10P (36D, 5'3") and the L was much too long and the neckline was deformed/crooked. Also the buttonholes were unraveling. On the plus side, the fabric and color were nice, as well as the embroidery. From now on, I will only order items from STP that I am familiar with made by companies that I'm familiar with. When you sell items of wildly varying sizing, you should really offer free returns and exchanges.

This is an adorable dress, even nicer than the pic shows, because of the detail. However, it's cut small on top, and the adjustable ties in back don't help. I usually wear a 10P/36D, and a medium fit me perfectly except it pulls open on top. I thought the adjustable ties in back would make it an ideal dress for someone like me, but they really only cinch the waist. I love the dress, and don't want the expense of returning, and I'm afraid a L will be too long, so I'm going to try to install a hook between the 2nd and 3rd button, and wear my tightest minimizer.
