But I called the service department and stated the problem. They were WONDERFUL! They immediately sent me a new one and just asked me to return the first vest. They took care of everything and of course, return postage was free. Great service and a really unbelieveable price on a really attractive vest. I love it. It will be a staple in my wardrobe. And just in time for Christmas.
