Reviewed by Puppemann from Croom, Maryland on Thursday, December 20, 2012I bought an example of all the sizes for my "fleet" of kayaks, figuring I'd get a few that fit. Few was right...the gaps between one size and the next are inexplicably large. The amount of stretch available between sizes doesn't fully cover the gap (e.g.; on my Valley Avocet the Med. is loose, but I couldn't stretch the Sm. nearly enough to fit). The extra large was useless - so gigantic it will only fit the biggest Recreational Kayak cockpits. So - for select boats these will work well. They will not fit ALL boats.

When you say the M is 90 x 50 cm, does that mean it will fit AROUND a cockpit size of those dimensions (so that the cover actually needs to be bigger than 90 X 50 cm), or do I need to go to L to fit a 90 x 49 cm opening for my kayak?”
