I'm 5'3, 116 pounds, normally a small or xs in tops. I ordered a medium. It was a struggle to get on and once I did it was extremely tight around the waist. Anybody that is actually small enough to fit in to this does NOT need shaping!

I, too, am glad that people recommended getting into this by stepping into it rather than pulling it over the head! I like the camisole, but have never had one like this before. It makes me feel thin, though I'm not! I especially like that the bra is a good fit and comfortable for my flat breasts. But, by the end of the day, I'm ready for my pj's and much less tight fitting clothes!

I ordered this first in 2XL based on previous reviews stating that this is runs 2 sizes too small.
I normally would take L/XL.
Indeed when the package came it looked tiny so I gave it to my M size daughter without even trying it on. It was too long on her ,I tried it and it wasn't small at all - and yes, it was long on me too.
I decided to keep it anyway because it does the job- doesn't flatten breast and smoothes the bra lines - heck if I had smaller breast I probably coulkd wear it without any bra at all.
Ordered size M for daughter - and it is her size, her lenght and it doesn't roll up at all.
If I didn't know any better I would think that the sizing is completely off. Size M taken out of package looks like a doll clothing - maybe 8" wide, but boy does this stretch !
They also wash wonderfully, don't scratch and the price here at STP is a really sweet deal for Spanx.

I learned you have to go down a size with this camisole to get a flattering fit round the tummy and hips. It goes on tight like spandex fitted but wears well and comfy during the day. I am 5'5" at 128 lbs and ordered a small.
