This is a big bag for multi-night river trips. If you are looking for something for regular use and plan to be on these kind of river trips, this one may not hold up. It's about 1/3 the cost of the better ones I've used. I have used this brand for years for lighter use and had no problems. For heavier or more regular use, I would spend more for better materials and features. I see this getting used only once a year, if that, so at this price point, it's a great value.

Looking forward to using this for boat camping to haul relatively light but bulky gear (sleeping bags, pads).

I bought this as a gift to my parents for our trip this summer up north on the Canadian border, and to be honest I was surprised when I got it in the mail because it was sooo big!! But that definitely wasn't a bad thing considering my mom brings a whole lot of stuff on the boat with us. Overall, they are very pleased with the bag, and that makes me happy!
