2.0 out of 5 stars. Too small to be practicalVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Ohio on Sunday, November 8, 2015Was looking for a water basin to assist in washing camp dishes. This was way too small, and I'm not sure how it would be used otherwise. I am returning mine.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Packs light, stands up without help, holds plenty of water to wash dishes/clothingVerified Buyer Reviewed by kt from Ohio on Monday, October 12, 2015This is such a handy container to have on a camp trip for washing items or just carrying stuff around camp. It is sturdy and stands on its own which is a big bonus. I have a taller, less sturdy bucket that is great for hauling and holding water as long as I don't have to try and stand it up. This is a great go-to small basin for backpacking. It folds down well (really just fold and stuff somewhere in your pack).

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great for dog bowls or backpacking dishwashingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Pine Cone from Western Washington on Monday, September 21, 2015I got one of these earlier for a transportable dog bowl. LIked it enough to get two more for washing dishes while backpacking. Light, does what it needs to.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Seattle Sports Pocket BowlVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dave from KY on Friday, July 10, 2015When I order this bowl, I had in mind using it for my dog, food, or water. It was larger than I realized(about 1/2 gallon), but the price was very good. It seems to be well made, although I haven't used it much so far.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Folds up very smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Florida tenderfoot from Florida on Saturday, November 15, 2014Purchased this to wash dishes around camp. While the product worked at I expected and is light I would not take it on the next backpacking trip. This will make a great traveling dog dish.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for cleaning dishesReviewed by Anonymous from Northern Maryland on Wednesday, October 1, 2014I bought this bowl after a camping trip when it was apparent that cleaning dishes was a problem. Problem solved! The bowl retains water without splashing (the inside lip cuts that down), and there's no leakage through the material unlike a similar smaller bowl that I've used for a dog water dish which starts leaking after holding the water for a few minutes. NONE of that here. It's large enough for smaller plates and bowls but not big enough for a skillet or a full-size plate. We use bowls when camping so it's perfect for us (they're probably about 8" across).
I don't fold mine up, but since it's pliable and spacious, I stack our bowls or cookware inside when packing. It doesn't take up any room as a result. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. So many usesReviewed by Central WA hiker from central Washington on Wednesday, November 6, 2013These are great water bowls for the dogs when hiking and camping. I have another for doing dishes and holding small items. They are very light but robust. The lip fabric that sticks out on the inside edge is a little odd, but I think that it is to help keep the edges upright and open.

2.0 out of 5 stars. oddReviewed by Anonymous from seattle on Monday, November 4, 2013The measurements are wrong on the website, AND the packaging! That is not my issue. I am not sure how long this would last. Doesn't seem stiff enough to hold water (it does though) and too stiff to fold up. I guess it would work fine, but I opted to find another solution for dog water in summer. My choice.
