Bought these as a weekend kick around shoe and they have more than met my expectations.

I just needed some black sneakers to replace my simples. These do the job.

These are similar to Converse Chuck Taylor shoes but the upper is a much more stout suede material. They're not quite as narrow and they have slightly better cushion and support than the Converse, but otherwise quite similar. I like how they have a somewhat rounded profile where the sole meets the side edging, they are not a right angle edge there like on most similarly styled shoes.

As for size, I normally wear a 10 wide. These shoes are average width, so they're a little tight on my feet as most D/medium width shoes are, but my toes rammed into the end of the size 10 which never happens on other shoes. The 10.5 fit me in length like most size 10 shoes do. So I'd say in length these shoes run a half size small. If you're between sizes I'd say definitely to up not down.

As usually Sierra's pricing was excellent and the shipping was quick.....I should also add that the shoe is true to size. I am a 10, I ordered a 10 and it fits like a glove.
