It was one of those moments when you whisper to yourself "please fit, please fit". Well they did! I took advice from other reviews and ordered a half size down I'm usually a 6 but I purchased a 5.5. At first the right felt a little snug on the side of my foot but after wearing them a couple times they fit perfectly. They are extremely well made and the tread is awesome for cold, slippery Canadian winters. I have worn them a bunch of times and get comments every time about how nice they are. I loved them so much I ordered them in the black as well. I'm also tiny 5 feet tall and the height of this boot is fantastic!

I hesitated to buy as it was early in my boot shopping process. I came home to Indiana spent a couple weeks looking and trying boots on. I didn't find any boots that were good leather and had the details (stitching/buckle, etc.) for even close to the price of the Sebago boots. I ordered them online and the first day I wore them I had them on all day. They were comfortable and they look great! I am most please with the quality of the workmanship and the details. I normally wear a 9.5 but ordered a 10 and they fit perfect.

I always wear a size 7.5 but I read the reviews that said to order down so I took the risk and ordered a size 7, I am so glad thats I did! this boot is a great fit for me!

They are too long, but a smaller size would be impossible to get on. I have to push my heel in, scraping the inside heel lining. Once on, the heel - as with most boots-are too wide. The toe is narrow, so I use a thin sock. Also, the "stylish" bend in the toe presses against the top of the foot. The ankle is wide, and the zipper bends and digs in sometimes when standing or sitting. BUT, start walking and these boots are like a dream. I guess they just need breaking in. Super comfortable, super gorgeous leather. The lower part is more like a workboot than I expected.

Also, the calf area was too small for me. I loved the look of this boot and even more in person but it just didn't fit my foot so I had to return it.

I am 5' tall and have a very hard time finding leather boots that aren't too high. These are perfect, hitting a couple of inches below my knee. They are also good for smaller calves. To put them on, it's almost like putting on a cowboy boot to get your heal in. They have been comfortable and held up well in wet weather. I would purchase these again.

I normally wear 7.5 - 8 and ordered a size 8. I have high arches and could barely get my foot in the boot. Once I did, the boot was much too large length-wise. Wish these had worked out - quality and style were good and the price was right.

However, they are somewhat narrow through the toes. In my usual size, they were exactly the right length and were even roomy in the heel. But, if the span across your toes is the same width as across the ball of your foot, I would not recommend these boots. If you have a narrow or pointy foot, these boots will probably work. Nice town and country style boots, but were not comfortable on my foot, my number one priority in shoes.
