Semplice Linen Knit Duster Jacket (For Women)

I was concerned about buying this when I read the other reviews about how delicate it was, and yes it is delicate, but I wear it all the time. I recently wore it on a trip to Paris and it was perfect for walking around the city over jeans and boots. It's also great with long skirts. It's light enough to keep on when you go to a restaurant and dressy looking, but can be worn with jeans. I wouldn't wear it traveling because it could snag, but I've worn it many times and mine is still in perfect condition. I love it and it is truly perfect for both spring and fall. Also, I'm petite, but it doesn't overwhelm me because it's a light weave.

I fully agree with the first reviewer that the knit is especially delicate. But I've not had a problem given I purchased it together with the sleeveless top and pants and have worn the ensemble sparingly, dressed up with jewelry or a sheer scarf, especially on little trips. It came in tremendously handy for dining out on a weekend trip to NYC, for example. If you end up with it, I strongly suggest staying away from prickly landscaping or cat's claws. So I do really like it - but the quality of the knit does prevent me from giving it 5-stars.

One snag could ruin this lovely duster, so it's use is limited, especially since it's an everyday garment. I had no idea where I could ever even wear it, so I returned it, even though it perfectly matches a skirt I have nothing to go with. It's gorgeous, though, and I hate giving it one star? Maybe someone out there can wear it safely and responsibly!
