these glasses provide amazing optics . no glare! and fashionable as well. my wife loves them!
Reviewed by Ross Bernard from Durham NC on Friday, September 19, 2014This is my second pair of Serengeti glasses, and I had a different set of build quality issues with that pair. Within less than one day, the coating on the silver/grey Serengeti logo was scratching off. Decided to scratch the rest off with my fingernail and it looked OK, but worn. Now, a few months later, the coating on the lenses is cracking and peeling off. I have the Driver lenses, and they are indeed great for driving. But this probably won't last much longer. I expect a lot more from a $100 pair of glasses. I'm done with Serengeti and sticking with Oakley.

Reviewed by John the pilot from NC on Wednesday, March 26, 2014Wonderful sunglasses: sturdy, great glare reduction, fit well. The nose bridge is a little heavy on the nose.
Reviewed by Peter the fisherman from Western Australia on Friday, February 28, 2014These are a great and reliable product. The polarising is better than any of the many brands I have used before for fishing and the photochromatic adjustment lets you get into the brightest sunlight or overcast gloom and still see into the water without loss of the fine definition that Serengeti are famous for. Glass lenses mean they resist scratching but somehow they've been able to develop thin lenses that save weight without loss of performance. The Monte is afahion style that doesn't make you look too much like a fishing geek.

Answer This pair has the Drivers lens tint. The amber-colored Drivers lens is ideal for driving because it enhances colors and contrast, while lightening and darkening to provide optimal light transmission in any condition.
