“I love these hoodies. I bought two. The small has pretty tight arms, not really good for wearing a long sleeved t-shirt underneath, but it would be perfect for wearing with tanks or t-shirts. The medium would be good for that if you normally wear a small or medium. It is sort of long, but I have a long torso and it is perfect. I hate it when this sort of jacket/sweatshirt/hoodie hits above the waistband of my pants.”
