“Twice received damaged item”

“I was so disappointed. The umbrella arrived with the pole snapped into two pieces. I returned it and ordered a replacement, which arrived with the very same problem (snapped in half), but with some loose broken metal bits to add to the sorry state of the item. I expect UPS shipping, or maybe just inadequate STP packaging, was the problem, as the box looked bad each time. But if the umbrella snaps like this, I can't imagine it would bear up to much normal use.”
