Normally I purchase Mountain Hardware clothes but as I read the reviews on this product, I purchased it as really like it. Highly recommend it!! However the sleeves are a little long, otherwise a great product.

This garment was to be used on a 12 day trek. Because the fabric was scratchy, it wouldn't work as I need to be super sure of chafing and rubbing with the pack, etc. It is made really well--but just didn't feel so great on.

Great craftmanship - made in Nepal. Company is great, they support the local community in Nepal, and really test their products well. This lightweight toasty jacket is no exception. Looks great, soft on the inside, non-piling material! Fit's true to size in my opinion (Im between a small and medium - got a small for a more fitted look). Love that the elastic around the waste and cuffs keep the cold out! Use it for daily outdoor stuff... will totally use for hiking and camping. Heck - probably will use for Tahoe, too! Nice for those Spring Skiing days.

I'm a big fan of Sherpa Gear and am happy to find it on STP. The overall quality of this jacket is very good. However, it's a big bulky and runs long, so I didn't find it flattering for my small frame (I'm 5'3"). It would look much better on a taller person.

So the sizing is perfect if you realize that most Sherpa Adventure gear runs big. I knew this from a previous purchase. I'm usually a solid size medium and I ordered a small. The small fits just like a "normal" medium. Love this jacket. And supports a great company!

This is a great jacket! I saw it online and had to have it. I got the purple color. The color is very true to what you see on screen - that doesn't happen too often. I haven't worn it yet, but have tried it on and it feels soft and warm. It is a bit staticy, but that is just because of the material and the fact that Colorado is a very dry state. With all the static we produce, you'd think we could power this state! I don't think you would be disappointed with this jacket - I plan on wearing it on weekends with jeans and even going business casual with it with some nice slacks.
